Walking home late last nite in the country just west of Oxford picked out the globular M10 with my tiny 8x20 binocs.but couldnt find M12,its supossed to be of equal brightness.Area I was in shows as yellow on my light pollution map but can vary due to floodlights a t North Hinksey Rugby Club[they wernt on at 0130!but can ruin a night at other times].
