• hi all i have just purchased a spotting scope 18-54x60,brilliant for viewing jupiters moons,but what is the minnimum spec to be able to view the disk of jupiter in greater detail as all i see is the bright star like appearance sorry to be a bit of a newby,hope someone can help.
  • I could resolve the cloud belts with a 130mm Reflector, SkyWatcher do a good starter one.

  • Is it a 5 inch refractor you want, I have a 5 inch reflector(Skywatcher) that may be available if you are interested.
